What
does Consults4Less.com do?
Consults4Less.com
arranges for you to receive professional medical services
giving you privacy and convenience. These services include
a review of your medical questionnaire, your medical records
and a medical consultation to determine which, if any, medications
may be suitable and proper for you.
A
prescription for such medications may then be issued and
forwarded to a U.S. licensed pharmacy for fulfillment and
delivery to you.
OR
A handwritten prescription with up to 2
refills will be sent overnight to you for you to fill at
the pharmacy of your choice.
What
is the cost for these services?
The
charge for the review of your medical records and the consultation
is $130. You also pay for the medications and the delivery
charges according to the price lists.
If you choose Direct
Scripts, there are processing fees that are also charged.
The average cost including your consult, 1 medication and
shipping is $250.00, though that may be less or more depending
upon your consult fee discount, medication, shipping and
payment method. Our former pharmacy customers have been
saving over $200.00 for the three month period.
Why
are Medical Records required?
These
records assist the medical professionals in evaluating your
condition, and along with the consultation, enable them
to assist in helping you. Also they substantiate your medical
condition.
This
medical process is not diagnostic and is not designed to
evaluate the condition of your health from the statement
of your symptoms; that’s what your regular doctors are for.
We do not accept
the following as adequate medical documentation:
1. Prescription pad notes
2. Note from the physician stating that you are under his/her
care
3. Superbill (the sheet you are given after your office
visit)
4. Discharge instruction sheets from the ER
5. ONLY CT/MRI/x-ray reports or lab results but you may
include these with your other records
6. Physician/Physical exam form printed from other Web sites
7. Prescription history from other pharmacies
How
will I find out how I can be helped?
During
your telephone consultation you may discuss your situation
with the medical professional and have your questions answered,
including the appropriateness of various drugs.
At
the end of your consultation you can find out which drugs
are being prescribed for your use.
How
do I begin the medical process?
Simply
click on “NEW
MEMBER” for full instructions.
You
will be required to complete the registration, fill out
the medical questionnaire provided, submit your medical
records via fax (Fax
607-697-0890)
as instructed including a government issued photo ID showing
your birth date, review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the
PRIVACY STATEMENT and acknowledge your review and acceptance.
At that time the consultation can be scheduled.
What
is the timing?
Your
consultation can usually be scheduled within one day after
your documentation has been received (sometimes on the same
day).
The
prescriptions can usually be fulfilled and deposited for
next day delivery by the pharmacy if your prescription is
received early enough.
A
prescription is good for up to six months.
Consultations
are not scheduled on Sundays or holidays, and deliveries
are not made on Sundays (Saturday delivery is available
to many areas for an additional charge).
If
you opt for the Direct Script, it will be sent overnight
as soon as we receive from the physician. We send out the
same day and will send a tracking number that day. No Saturday
delivery is offered with this service, and the only shipping
option is FedEX overnight for $26.00.
How
can I track my order?
Upon
deposit by the pharmacy of your medications with the delivery
carrier you will be e-mailed your tracking number.
For
your information, any medications accepted upon delivery
cannot be returned.
What
if I want a prescription instead of having my meds shipped
to me?
We
are now offering a direct script to our customers; it has
been well received and proven to save time and money. You
will receive, via FedEx (one fee only, $26.00 for Overnight),
a handwritten prescription with 2 refills that you can fill
at the pharmacy of your choice. It also has an 800 number
that your pharmacy can call to speak with the physician’s
office if they need to verify any information (9:00 to 4:30
EST). If you have any insurance or medical discount cards,
they can also be used to lower your cost even more. You
can not fill this script in MI or certain areas of VA. Please
call for more information. There is a processing fee that
is charged based on the count of your medication.
How
long is my prescription good for?
Upon your consultation,
the team of Dr’s & PA’s will write your
initial prescription for up to 2 refills. A refill may not
be requested until 25 days after the previous medications
have been received. After the initial prescription and two
refills have been received your medical history must be
updated including a new consultation.
Prescriptions are forwarded to a specific
pharmacy and can not be transferred. Consults4Less.com is
not a pharmacy.
With
a Direct Script, you may transfer
to another pharmacy based on your state laws and your pharmacy
of choice policy.
What
about privacy?
All
the information provided to us is treated securely and is
viewed by the medical professionals and Consults4Less.com
administrative personnel only on a need-to-know basis and
is not available for any purpose outside our system (except,
of course, for disclosures required by law).
Is
Consults4Less.com Process Legal?

state and local regulations and uses only U.S. licensed
medical professionals, pharmacists and pharmacies operating
within the 50 states of the US. Restrictions are placed

if I am already a member of another Online Consulting Service?

consultation to customers who are actively members of another
OCS. If you are unsure about the status of your membership
with either a current or former OCS or are interested in
